Synopsis

This article provides information on how to troubleshoot the nc.windows.app.23790 error message.

Problem or Goal

When the Network Connect (NC) client is disconnected from the Pulse Connect Secure gateway, due to the session being timed out, this will result in the 23790 error.

However, the user session has not reached the idle session time-out or the maximum session length.
