Starting with PCS 7.2, you can configure Host Checker to perform a check if a Android device is rooted.
- Go to Authentication > Endpoint Security > Host Checker.
- Under Policies, click New. In the Policy Name field, type the name of the policy and click Continue:
On the next page, click the Mobile tab and then the Android tab; From the Select Rule Type drop-down menu, select Rooting Detection and click Add:
On the next page, in the Rule Name field, type a name for the rule. Under Criteria, select the Don't allow Rooted devices checkbox:
Click Save Changes. This policy will be included as part of the Realm/Role level host checks.
