The Junos Pulse Mobile Client for iOS 220.127.116.11589 and Android 18.104.22.168337 are currently scheduled to be removed/unpublished from the respective App stores and will no longer be available for download after September 30, 2015.
Pulse Secure continues to address the availability of the VPN clients on the iOS and Android Platforms by the Pulse Secure Client - Mobile VPN Solution. The Pulse Secure Client 5.1 for iOS and Android are available for download in the respective App Stores. KB29722

We recommend that customers that are not using MDM solutions like MobileIron or Airwatch to reach out to their MDM provider to notify them of a need to switch to the Pulse Secure client from the Junos Pulse client. Once the Junos Pulse App is removed from the store, does it affect the Junos Pulse VPN profile which was provisioned through the MDM server?
As long as the EMM vendor did not remove the Junos Pulse VPN identifier from their respective consoles, MDM provisioned profile will continue to exist in the devices even after the Junos Pulse App has been unpublished/removed from the store - there is no impact on MDM interactions. However, only the new user provisioning will be affected until one migrates to Pulse Secure Mobile App.Do we have any workaround to use Pulse Secure App on the EMM Vendors who have not integrated the Pulse Secure VPN connection type?
If the EMM vendor has the ability for Custom SSL option, then it can be used as a alternate configuration to add the identifier ‘net.pulsesecure.PulseSecure.vpnplugin’ and provision the VPN profile of the Pulse Secure client. Refer to the KB article KB29830
for Airwatch and MobileIron customers.
What action should I take if both Junos Pulse VPN identifier and Pulse Secure VPN identifier are available on my EMM vendor console?
Please work with your EMM vendor to quickly migrate to Pulse Secure VPN identifier. Refer KB40063 for MobileIron (220.127.116.11) and Airwatch EMM (18.104.22.168) examples.Will the Juniper SSL VPN connection type Identifier available in the EMM console be removed after the Junos Pulse Apps get unpublished/removed from the store?
Pulse Secure has communicated to the known EMM vendors (Airwatch, MobileIron, Maas360, SAP, SOTI,Blackberry, Xenmobile) to add Pulse Secure VPN connection type with high priority before they plan to remove the Junos Pulse connection type from their console. The decision on the timelines to remove Juniper SSL VPN connection type remains with the EMM vendors.Which EMM vendors are supporting PulseSecure VPN type on their EMM console?
To the best of Pulse Secure's Knowledge, PulseSecure VPN identifier is now supported by Airwatch (iOS and Android), MobileIron (iOS and Android) and MaaS360(iOS).
Pulse Secure is continuing to work with EMM vendors (SAP, Maas360, SOTI, Blackberry, and Citrix XenMobile) to integrate the PulseSecure VPN identifier.
What is the impact to the end users after the Junos Pulse Client App is removed from the respective App Stores?Once the Apps are removed/unpublished from the respective App Stores, new users will not be able to download or install the Junos Pulse Mobile Client App. Existing users who have the Apps on their phone will be able to continue to use the Apps. If the existing users uninstall the Apps they would not be able to install it again after the removal/unpublish is done on the respective App Stores.
