KB16265 - How to manually remove Network Connect from MAC OS X

Sometimes, due to a corrupted or failed installation, it may be necessary to completely uninstall Network Connect from MAC OS X

Problem or Goal
After upgrading to a new release there are installation problems or upgrade issues.
You can completely remove all the files and folder associated with Network Connect before attempting to reinstall Network Connect.

Note: If a file or folder listed below does not exist, proceed to the next step.
  1. Navigate to Finder > Applications > Launch Network Connect
  2. Click Network Connect (next to Apple icon on the top left side)
  3. Select Uninstall.

  4. Under Finder Click on username > Library > Logs > Juniper Networks and Trash the Network Connect folder (Drag it and put it in Trash)

  5. Empty the Trash

  6. Reboot the MAC and launch Network Connect again.
