Synopsis

This article describes the issue of being unable to see an option to enable the IF-MAP server in the admin GUI.

Problem or Goal

Unable to see an option to enable the IF-MAP server in the admin GUI.

Cause

PPS is either installed with ADD user license which is less than or equal to 50 or does not have a IF-MAP license.

Solution

For PPS to be an IF-MAP server, you need either the IF-MAP license or ADD user license that is greater than 50.
