This article describes the issue of the Unable to load Citrix listed Applications. Please contact your administrator error message being generated, when users from a trusted domain logon to a PCS device.


Problem or Goal
  • For example, there are two Domains -Domain  A and Domain B. There is a trust between these two domains.
  • PCS is configured against Domain A for authentication. The Citrix listed application is configured under PCS. 
  • Users from Domain A can logon in to PCS and access the Citrix listed application. But when users from Domain B logon, the Unable to load Citrix Listed Applications. Please contact your administrator error message is generated. Refer to the following image:

In the Terminal Services Resource Profile, the following options are configured:

Instead of configuring Domain A under the domain, configure with the <NTDOMAIN> variable:

This will dynamically send the domain credentials to the Citrix back end server, which will fetch the correctly listed applications.
