KB40962 - SAML sign-in page resizes to a smaller window when using Pulse Secure Desktop client

This article describes issues with the SAML sign-in page resizing to a smaller window when using Pulse Desktop Client compared to standard browser.

When end users access the sign-in url using the standalone Pulse Secure Desktop client, the web page will open using a different browser window via Pulse and display as a smaller window compared to when opening the same web page via a standard browser.

This issue occurs due to Pulse Secure Desktop client will open all web pages to a fixed window size (550x500) and cannot be changed. 

Currently, there is no way to resize this window. Enhancement request (OSX-7) has submitted to consider this feature for a future release.  The KB will be updated when more information is available.
