If the end user had previously configured Google Authenticator and deleted the profile, the end user will no longer be able to generate a OTP. Due this fact, they will need to scan a new QR code again.
- Login to admin console.
- Navigate to Authentication > Auth. Servers > Google (TOTP server) > Users
- From the list, find the corresponding username and select the checkbox on the left side.
- Click Reset
After resetting the user account, QR code page will be presented to the end user upon next login.
