This article explains why the PSA7000f only displays a 10Gb/s connection link speed for a port which has been connected to a switch using an optical cable with SFP+ Fiber Transceivers.
Problem or Goal
When viewing the link speed options from the Advanced Port settings page in the admin GUI for a PSA7000f that is connected to a switch using an SFP+ Fiber Transceiver cable, there is only one available link speed as shown below:

User-added image
If the SFP+ Fiber Transceivers used to connect the PSA to the switch support 10Gb/s connections only, then this will be the only link speed available to choose from in the Admin GUI of the PSA7000f.
This is working as designed.  The PSA device will only display link speeds that are supported by the SFP+ Fiber Transceivers.
If the desired outcome is to use other link speeds, such as 1Gb/s or Auto, then the SFP+ Fiber Transceivers must also support these link speeds.

Please refer to the respective SFP+ Fiber Transceiver vendor for the supported link speeds.
