Synopsis
This article describes a scenario where Pulse Connect Secure (PCS) and Pulse Policy Secure (PPS) stops responding to SNMP queries intermittently.
Problem or Goal
Pulse Connect Secure (PCS) intermittently stops responding to SNMP queries.
This issue is known to affect PCS 9.1R4.x and possibly prior releases.
The issue gets resolved on its own without any action.
The issue is known to be witnessed during peak traffic times.

Solution
To resolve this issue, please upgrade to Pulse Connect Secure 9.1R6 and above.
