The Event logs keeps generating "Error updating data for chart device_os", eventID: SYS31127
Cause
Solution
Kindly perform the below steps to clear the dashboard data:
1) In the Admin UI, Navigate to (System > Activity > Settings) then uncheck "Enable Dashboard" and click "Save Changes" 2) Click "Clear Dashboard Data" and accept the settings warning(Clear Dashboard Data). 3) Check "Enable Dashboard" and save the changes. Note: This will clear the current dashboard data and the new data will start to record as intended. This is a one-time activity that needs to be performed and the events are not seen after the 22.3R1 version (ICS).
