Synopsis
This KB article details the situation where "Password Reveal button/icon" on Windows 10 Lock-screen disappears when cred-prov pre-config file is installed
 
Problem or Goal
When "credential provider (cred-prov)" pulsepreconfig is pushed to Windows 10 machines, the “password-reveal button” disappears from the Windows login password box.
Cause
This behavior of pulse credential provider on windows logon screen is from its implementation.
 
Solution
This is not a bug and is more of an improvement for the user convenience.
 Engineering is currently working on this  "in-process" Enhancement Request.

 For prioritization, it is advised to get in touch with your Sales Engineer to raise an Enhancement Request.
